comfy beds great sleep
the room was really clean and comfy! the beds were great and i got a fantastic sleep. the hotel location rocks, it is close to everything!
the hotel needs some tlc! the carpets on the stairs are pretty worn, and in need of some serious updating.

a pleasant stay
nicely furnished friendly staff balcony view
the room was nicely furnished. all of the staff were lovely and very nice. there was a communal room with games and books and access to a tv. a balcony had a lovely view of wellington pier.
rooms seemed outdated, and the radiator had rust. the bathroom sink was broken. the window catch was broken, so i could not close the window properly.

breakfast included several choices (e. g. cereals, pastries, fruit). coffee and tea were available throughout the day in the dining area. i thought the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured it was stocked during peak hours.

Surprisingly Good Stay
quick resolution functional shower helpful staff quiet atmosphere
Our first room had cleaning issues, with a bin on the bed and bits on the floor. Reception quickly gave us a new room. The TV was disconnected, but I reconnected it easily. The room was otherwise perfect, including well-functioning shower and toilet. The hotel was quiet, and the staff were helpful.

Fantastic Seaside Find!
perfect location friendly staff
The location was perfect for exploring. Everything was so close (I could walk to the beach in minutes!). The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. I really enjoyed my stay and I felt well looked after. The bed was super comfy, and the room had lovely seaside views.
The hotel could benefit from some updates (the hallways looked a little worn).

The room included fresh towels, tea and coffee making facilities. a TV, so I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. The large windows offered sea views. I enjoyed the natural light and scenery every morning. The beds were very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

There are options for breakfast, and you could order an evening meal before 5 pm (I found that quite convenient!). While they don't sell alcohol, bringing your own is allowed, which suited me just fine. Plenty of cafes are nearby to grab a coffee or snack.

The front desk operates 24 hours a day (that provides great peace of mind!). The staff quickly addressed any questions I had with a smile. Their friendly approach. Check-in was quick and easy.
